The pensive crane reflects as the parasitic Dodder vines wrap themselves around the Arrowhead, Bleeding Heart, Morning Glories, and other nurturing plants.
When boiled or ground, the Dodder vine can be used for medicinal purposes. Historically, the vines are valued in Traditional Chinese Medicine and European Folk Medicine for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
The Arrowhead plant signifies continuous improvement and courage. The Bleeding Heart perennial symbolizes loss and sorrow. Trillium ground cover represents the bounty of love, abundance, and earthly pleasure. Morning Glories communicate renewal, affection, and the transient nature of life.
The pondering crane symbolizes focus, patience,
and quiet watchfulness.
